Hi! My name is Crystal.
I’m a 32 year old mum (and step mum), who’s on a journey to overall life improvement.
We live in a beautiful home in Victoria, Australia, my partner Trent is an electrician by trade and I work part time for a government health organisation.

Together we have a 2yo daughter, Hazel, and Trent has an 8yo daughter, Siara.
I have always struggled with having a handle on the chaos of life, since becoming a mother that chaos has only become harder to manage.
2025 is my year for self improvement, but for every aspect of my life. Each week I will to focus on an area of my life to improve, document the outcomes and detail what did and didn’t work – I hope that this journey might help guide any other lost Mumma (or Puppa), to make you feel less alone in this very complex journey called life.
We’re all doing our best, but we can always look to do better tomorrow.
